Shopping
Refurbished products are pre-owned devices that have been professionally inspected, tested, cleaned, and restored to full working condition. They go through up to 40 quality checks and come with a minimum 12-month warranty.
We offer several condition grades: New (sealed, unused), Like New (minimal signs of use), Good (minor cosmetic marks), and Fair (visible signs of use but fully functional). All devices are thoroughly tested regardless of cosmetic condition.
Each product listing specifies what is included. Most refurbished devices come with a compatible charger and cable. Original boxes and accessories may not always be included, but we ensure you have everything needed to use the device.
You can save up to 40% compared to the original retail price, depending on the product condition and model. Our prices are constantly updated to offer the best value.
Yes! All devices undergo complete data wiping and factory reset before being listed for sale. Previous owner data is completely erased according to industry standards.
Delivery & Shipping
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within Poland. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over 500.00 €. Orders below this amount have a flat shipping fee of 19.99 €.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order status in your account dashboard.
Currently, we ship within Poland and select EU countries. International shipping options are expanding - check our shipping page for the latest information.
Returns & Warranty
We offer a 30-day return policy on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund.
To initiate a return, log into your account and go to "My Orders". Select the order you want to return and follow the instructions. You will receive a prepaid shipping label via email.
All our products come with a minimum 12-month warranty. This covers any manufacturing defects or functionality issues. Extended warranty options are available at checkout.
Our warranty covers hardware defects, battery issues (if capacity drops below 80%), and functionality problems. It does not cover physical damage, water damage, or issues caused by misuse.

We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), bank transfers, and various online payment methods. All payments are processed securely.

Your payment is processed immediately when you place your order. For bank transfers, your order will be processed once payment is received.
