30-Day Returns

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the device within 2-3 business days. After approval, refunds are processed:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
• Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days
• Original Payment Method: Timing varies by provider

You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

Yes! If you'd like a different product or variant, you can request an exchange. Simply:

1. Contact our support team
2. Let us know what you'd like instead
3. We'll arrange the exchange and any price difference

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
• Do not attempt to use or repair the device
• We'll arrange a priority replacement or full refund
• Shipping is always free for damaged items

Please report any shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products with new physical damage after delivery
• Devices that have been rooted, jailbroken, or modified
• Products purchased more than 30 days ago
• Items without proof of purchase
