All products sold on RefurbShop are refurbished electronic devices that have undergone our rigorous quality control process. Product descriptions, including condition grades, specifications, and images, are provided as accurately as possible.

Product conditions are classified as:

• Excellent: Like new, minimal to no visible signs of use
• Very Good: Light signs of use, minor cosmetic imperfections
• Good: Moderate signs of use, visible cosmetic wear

All products are fully functional regardless of cosmetic condition grade.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer
• Other payment methods as displayed at checkout

Payment must be received in full before products are shipped.

5. Orders and Shipping

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the product to the carrier.

• The product must not have any new damage
• All accounts must be signed out and removed

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
